Job description:

The purpose of the role is to assist with the day-to-day administrative duties of Property Services to ensure timely and effective coordination of enquiries, records information, financial reporting and related administrative activities in support of Branch administrative requirements.

As an Administrative Officer you will enjoy diverse and meaningful work as a member of the team responsible for managing the Crown land estate in Tasmania.

You will have proven experience operating in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work, challenging you to manage conflicting priorities within a legislative framework.

You will also demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional service to a range of customers including your internal team, stakeholders and the wider community.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).

Desirable requirements

  • A current motor vehicle driver licence.
  • A Diploma or Certificate IV in Office or Business Administration or equivalent or satisfactory progress towards qualification.
