Job description:

About the role

As Executive Officer, you’ll provide high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial support to the Director (Finfish Compliance) and the Salmon Environmental Regulation Division.

  • Manage diaries, organise, and schedule meetings.
  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Take minutes, prepare agendas, and coordinate the submission of reports and documents.
  • Ensure effective and timely flow of information and coordinate and progress workflows.

This is a permanent position located in Hobart.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
