Duties

Lead the development, implementation and quality improvement of the operational management, systems and processes of the Child and Family Learning Centres (CFLC) state-wide, by building the knowledge and expertise of CFLC Leaders to lead and manage their Centres and teams to provide quality early years practice aligned to the Department’s strategic plan, policies and procedures.

Period of Appointment

ASAP for 24 months

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

• Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
• A current driver’s licence.

Desirable Requirements

• An appropriate tertiary qualification, such as a qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education and Care, Adult Education, Health Care, Community Development, or a related discipline.
